• Property address and carrier name — basic info, but it has to be in the submission.
• Any known items you want supplemented — you don't have to specify everything; we'll find what's missing. But if you know there are specific items (3 layers of tear-off, steep pitch, permit required), include that info.

Submissions missing the adjuster's scope or photos will be flagged immediately and sent back for completion. That's the most common delay we see — and it's entirely within your control.
